Brookside Policies

• Rates are based per night on double occupancy in each cabin or as indicated.
• No Smoking in the Cabins.
• Smoking outdoors only.
• We welcome children. $5 per night fee if in addition to normal occupancy.
• No children (under 18) allowed in hot tub cabins.
• Although we love pets, we cannot accept them at Brookside. There are excellent boarding facilities available in the area to assist you.

Deposit & Payment Options

• Deposit: 1 (one) night’s room rate required at time of the reservation.
• We accept Cash, Travelers Checks, and Major Credit Cards.(VISA, MC, DISCOVER)

Check In Time: 4 PM
Check Out Time: 12 noon

Cancellation Policy

• 4 days notice prior to reservation date
• 7 days notice prior to reservation date for Holidays and October
• There is a $25 cancellation fee charged.
• All rates subject to change.
